I believe therapy should be both emotionally deep and practical, a space where you feel understood while also being compassionately challenged to grow. You may be navigating anxiety or stress, questioning your boundaries, or trying to understand how family or cultural dynamics have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.
Together, we make sense of the patterns influencing your relationships and sense of self, helping you build clearer boundaries, stronger self-trust, and practical tools that support meaningful change in your everyday life.

Who I Work Best With
I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, divorce or separation, life transitions, and struggles with self-worth, often through an attachment and boundary-focused lens. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet find themselves stuck in familiar relationship patterns or navigating important periods of change.
People often come to therapy during times of transition, such as shifts in relationships, identity, career, or personal growth. Some are navigating relationship challenges or trying to strengthen their connections, while others are working to better understand their attachment patterns.
They seek greater clarity, stronger boundaries, and a deeper sense of self-worth. Together, we focus on building insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools that help you move through change with greater confidence and intention.

What it’s like to Work with Me
Working with me is both supportive and honest. I create a space where you feel deeply understood, but also gently challenged to look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My style is warm, calm, and grounded, with a balance of emotional depth and practical guidance so our work doesn’t just stay in conversation, it translates into real change in your life.
Clients often appreciate that I’m direct, structured, and engaged in the process, helping them build insight, stronger boundaries, and a clearer sense of self while still bringing moments of humour and lightness into the room. Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating change, seeking clarity, or just feeling stuck, I offer a space that feels safe, engaged, and tailored to you.
If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to book a complimentary consultation so we can connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

The human behind the therapist
Who am I beyond the therapy chair? I’m a nature-lover at heart. Oceans ground me, forests reset me, and animals have always been part of my healing. They remind me how to be present, listen deeply, and love unconditionally. I find joy in simple things: deep conversations, stargazing, spontaneous laughter, and a warm cup of something comforting.

My Experience & Training
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My training is grounded in relational and attachment-based approaches, and I have completed training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I have experience supporting individuals and couples through relationship challenges, life transitions, boundary work, and self-worth concerns. My approach integrates evidence-based frameworks with practical strategies to help clients gain insight, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives.
