I help people understand what is actually going on in their mind. Not a guess, not a hunch from a late night scroll: a clear, thorough answer. I believe the first step in the right direction is awareness of your own thinking, feeling and behavioural patterns. An assessment gives you that, along with a clear path for moving forward in your life. Most people leave their assessment telling me the same thing: I finally feel heard.

Who I Work Best With
My clients are often people who have spent years wondering why certain things feel harder for them than they seem to be for everyone else. Many come to me for clarity around ADHD or a broader mental health picture. I work best with people who are motivated to understand themselves and open to sharing their experience in an honest, forthright way.

What it’s like to Work with Me
I'm thorough and I'm direct. You will not get vague answers from me, and you will not feel like a checklist. I make sure your voice is heard and your experience is understood, then I back it up with comprehensive testing and current research so you get the best assessment possible. I also know that waiting is the hardest part, so I aim for quick turnaround times on reports.

The human behind the therapist
I’m big into fitness and health, while ensuring I maintain a balanced lifestyle of work, play, and spending time with loved ones. I enjoy being out in nature, have the friendliest/most cuddly cat, and my morning black coffee always hits the spot!

My Experience & Training
My career started as a behaviour interventionist and special education assistant for neurodiverse children, which followed by working as a family preservation counsellor before moving into clinical counselling and psychology. I have worked in private practice and community settings across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver, with youth, adults and seniors from a wide range of backgrounds.
I have completed my Masters in Counselling and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, now holding the designation of a Licensed Psychologist. Additionally, I have completed several trainings such as trauma based therapy to ensure I am working with a trauma informed lens.
