Who I Work Best With

I work best with individuals and couples wanting to untangle relationship patterns, shift attachment styles, and step into self-worth. I support people in communication skills training, emotional regulation, and boundary work.

I also enjoy working with anxiety management and trauma processing. It is my hope that I can lead you towards self-empowerment by increasing your resiliency, acceptance, self-love and connection.

What it’s like to Work with Me

I take a non-traditional approach to therapy. You can expect a real human on the other side of the screen that will sit in your pain with you but will also laugh with you! My clients state feeling the similar ease of speaking with a friend combined with professionalism of sitting with a clinician.

My work is directive, solution focused, and result driven. I do not shy away from finding the hidden parts of the psyche that are driving behaviour, while offering actionable steps to move at a successful pace towards change.

The human behind the therapist

As a young girl I discovered my curious nature when I became persistent in understanding the ‘why’ to questions that were likely too big for my undeveloped brain to comprehend. This undeniable sense of curiosity has led me down the path of studying why humans think, feel, and behave the way they do. For this reason, I will always assume the role of a student as my craving for knowledge and growth persists. Having experienced the impacts of deep psychological healing both as a client and a therapist, I believe every person deserves the opportunity to have the same.
