Who I Work Best With
I specialize in addressing relationship and identity concerns, depression and anxiety, and integrating psychedelic experiences, acknowledging these as rich opportunities for personal growth. I am passionate in supporting both individuals and couples to reach their highest potential in life while building resiliency.
Most of my longest client relationships are with busy, motivated, highly intelligent, achievers/entrepreneurs that are already doing personal development work and are looking for more support, tools.

What it’s like to Work with Me
My approach is to create a safe container and understand your unique story in order to support the valuable and courageous work of getting to know yourself more deeply through the counseling process.
I use pull from Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as somatic and mindfulness techniques to guide you through self exploration and examine how relationships have shaped your lived experiences and self image. My hope is to help you understand and transform unwanted thoughts and behaviors and move towards a life you love.
While we work with thoughts and feelings, we are also developing the skills and confidence to optimize how you want to live day to day, for your highest good. I use a blend of humor, joy, self reflection, encouragement as well as personal and professional experience to make each counseling session an opportunity for learning and expansion.

The human behind the therapist
Growing up in a large extended family with mental health and substance abuse challenges, I developed an early curiosity about human behavior and what can help people make significant life changes. I care deeply about the environment and believe that contact with the wild is an essential part of our well being. I have one doggo, my precious angel Ziggy and wish I could have at least three more!

My Experience & Training
I hold a masters of counselling degree from City University of Seattle as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree specializing in Sociology and Gender Studies. Additionally, I have completed the Relational Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Program with The Berkley Academy as well as Diamond Heart Enneagram Training with The Ridhwan School.
