I believe you are the expert of your own experience. There’s nothing I can tell you about your life that you don’t already know on some level. I can offer you a compass and a fire to keep you warm on the journey, but ultimately you’re the explorer of your own psyche. This perspective makes my practice deeply collaborative, and sets you up to move forward with confidence in your own ability to grow and meet life’s challenges.

Who I Work Best With
My clients are often women looking to work through intense emotional or circumstantial challenges and expand into their full potential relationally, financially, and creatively. This can involve working through blocks from past/present experiences, refining vision for the future, and developing deep self-knowing and self-compassion.
Whatever you’re going through — whether it’s depression, anxiety, loss, grief, trauma, physical pain, overwhelm, burnout, spiritual crisis, or relational challenges — you inherently contain the inner resources to navigate it and emerge wiser and brighter on the other side.

What it’s like to Work with Me
My role is to offer tools, support, and space that can help you flourish in the unique way that makes the most sense for your goals, growth, and life. Every person is different, and so is every healing journey. I tailor my work to meet your unique needs, and together we’ll co-create a treatment plan that supports your growth and well-being.
My approach is body-based and trauma-informed, integrating Internal Family Systems (inner child and parts work) and Jungian Therapy to support resilience, self-connection, and integration. I aim to create a warm, safe environment where inner exploration and self-reclamation unfold naturally, helping critical inner voices and stuck parts release painful roles and find peace. Drawing on an understanding of early experiences, the nervous system, and attachment, I meet you with insight and compassion, often weaving in somatic tools, mindfulness, spirituality, or dreamwork for those drawn to deeper integration.
