Therapy is not about mending what’s broken, but uncovering the strength that’s already there. I offer a grounded and supportive space to help you reconnect with your purpose, resilience, and sense of self.
My ability to simplify complex psychological concepts and break them down into practical, manageable steps will support you in making sense of your inner world in a way that feels empowering and clear.

Who I Work Best With
I work best with clients who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their experience, especially those navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, depression, or the impact of childhood adversity. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
My clinical approach is directive, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity, creativity, and compassion. As an immigrant and therapist, I honor cultural context, promote self-agency, and integrate somatic, narrative, humanistic, and attachment tools to support reconnection to self and healing.

What it’s like to Work with Me
My clients often describe me as genuine, relatable, and grounded. I bring a sense of warmth and humor into the therapy space, helping to make even the most difficult conversations feel approachable. My goal is to meet you where you are—with honesty, compassion, curiosity and zero judgment.
As an immigrant, my approach is centered in increasing agency, self-determination and honoring the cultural context of my clients. In having lived the experience of both a client and therapist, I have seen the power of externalizing the oppressive ideas that we have been carrying with us. My intuition, genuineness and unconditional positive regard for clients is a beautiful result of my evolving relationship with trauma, and I hope to share that with you.
My style is directive, results-driven and trauma-informed while therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and focused on creating meaningful change. I’ll offer you tools, insights, and direction but always with your pace, values, and goals at the center of our work. I don’t shy away from the deeper parts of the healing process, but I always ensure we move through them safely, with curiosity, and in a way that honors your unique story.

The human behind the therapist
Outside the therapy room, I’m someone who finds joy in exploring new places and cultures. Travel has keeps me grounded and curious in between holding space for my clients. I’m also an avid cook, and I love the creativity and connection that comes from sharing a meal with others.
What brought me to this work is deeply personal. My own lived experiences with human adversity, combined with a lifelong curiosity about the human mind and a deep passion for authentic connection, are what led me to become a counsellor. I believe in the strength of the human spirit, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside others as they rediscover that strength in themselves.
