Meet Hayden Johnston!
A Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with G&G.
If you have landed on my page you are likely feeling stuck, seeking change, and craving guidance to move towards a path of emotional freedom and happiness. If so, I want to assure you are in the right place. My clinical skills and personal growth journey has allowed me to show up authentically and passionately as a therapist. I understand that it can be daunting to take the first step in seeking support, and it is my hope to create ease and a safe space for exploration along the way.
I work best with people who are ready to break free from unhealthy patterns and create lasting change. If you recognize your potential, are struggling to see your worth, and are looking for a supportive guide to help you tap into it, I welcome the opprotunity to show you the way. My hope is to help you better understand yourself while identifying your deeper rooted emotions that are contributing to the ‘why’s’ in your life.
After almost a decade of clinical experience, I have developed an integrated approach which pulls from modalities such as CBT, DBT, client-centered therapy, mindfulness therapy, and meaning-centered therapy to offer result-driven care. Ultimately, I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you in a collaborative journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to create meaningful change.
If you’re navigating challenges like addiction (including a loved one with an addiction), anxiety, relationship difficulties, men’s related concerns, or trauma, and you’re seeking compassionate, non-judgmental support from someone with both personal and professional insight, I may be the right fit for you. If this resonates with you, it would be an honor to connect over a complementary consultation and discuss how we can work together.
